 Free wharfage

All registered participants are entitled to stay overnight free of charge at Port de Refuge de Cap à L'Aigle before the challenge and at the Rimouski Marina after succesfully completing the course.

 

 Minimum safety requirements

 

Participants must comply with Transport Canada Safe Boating Guide(http://www.tc.gc.ca/securitemaritime/tp/tp511/menu.htm);

The international rules for preventing collisions at sea will apply;

Participants must contact the Canadian Coast Guard and open a sailing plan prior to departure.

B All monohull sailboat complying with the Race Committee safety rules 1000$

 

 Free wharfage

A 20% rebate on wharfage is offered by the Rimouski Marina for a maximum of 7 standby nights prior to departure. A free night is also offered upon successful completion of the Challenge.

 

 Minimum safety requirements

 

Participants must comply with Transport Canada Safe Boating Guide(http://www.tc.gc.ca/securitemaritime/tp/tp511/menu.htm);

Life raft is mandatory. Survival suits for all crew members are recommanded;

A VHF radio is required;

The international rules for preventing collisions at sea will apply;

Participants must contact the Canadian Coast Guard and open a sailing plan prior to departure.
